Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive and active candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring performance and efficiency.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company’s culture, values, and employee value proposition.
  • Support campus hiring, employer branding initiatives, and diversity hiring efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools, recruitment metrics, and hiring best practices.
  • Experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
