Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solution architectures for CRM and Billing systems.
• Lead Convergent Billing System (CBS) architecture efforts to ensure alignment with business and technical goals.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage critical issues, change requests, and ensure compliance with architecture standards.
• Support strategic IT initiatives, including CBS upgrades and new system rollouts.
• Provide architectural governance throughout project lifecycles.
• Conduct risk assessments, feasibility studies, and architecture reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT solution architecture, with a focus on CRM & Billing systems in the telecom sector.
• Strong leadership in enterprise project delivery and vendor management.
• Deep knowledge of CBS, BSS, and telecom IT ecosystems.
• Proven expertise in building scalable, high-availability systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP are a plus.

Preferred Skills & Technologies

• Familiarity with telco architecture frameworks (eTOM, TAM, SID).
• Experience with: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SOAP/REST APIs, Oracle DB, AWS, Azure, or GCP, Integration tools (MuleSoft, WSO2, Kafka), DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Siebel) and billing products (Amdocs, Ericsson BSCS).
