Business Development Consultant / Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant / Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Lead discovery meetings to understand client challenges and tailor ERP solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations focused on SAP ERP and Acumatica capabilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with mid-market to enterprise-level clients.
  • Write and present winning proposal to prospects
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Track and report sales metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of the sales process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 4 - 6 years of sales experience in B2B software sales, ideally with ERP/software/SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and closing complex deals preferably in the mid-market or enterprise segment.
  • Experience negotiating and presenting to C-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, and operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ERP implementation experience or technical background in SAP or Acumatica.(Experience with SAP or Acumatica ERP implementation or technical knowledge)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bachelors degree or  professional sales certification is a plus.
