Business Development Consultant / Assistant Sales Manager
We are looking for a Business Development Consultant / Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead discovery meetings to understand client challenges and tailor ERP solutions accordingly.
- Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations focused on SAP ERP and Acumatica capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with mid-market to enterprise-level clients.
- Write and present winning proposal to prospects
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Track and report sales metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of the sales process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 4 - 6 years of sales experience in B2B software sales, ideally with ERP/software/SaaS products.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and closing complex deals preferably in the mid-market or enterprise segment.
- Experience negotiating and presenting to C-level decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, and operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ERP implementation experience or technical background in SAP or Acumatica.(Experience with SAP or Acumatica ERP implementation or technical knowledge)
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Bachelors degree or professional sales certification is a plus.
