Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable web applications using Node.js, Express.js, and React.js.
• Guide technical discussions, mentor developers, and maintain high code quality through code reviews and unit testing (e.g., Jest).
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver features on time and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Design robust system architectures leveraging OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
• Manage SQL databases, use GitLab for source control, and support deployments on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Translate technical requirements into efficient, maintainable code and drive continuous improvements across the development process.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks, especially Jest.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases.
• Familiarity with GitLab and version control workflows.
• Working knowledge of React.js is a plus.
• Well-versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong ability to coordinate and lead technical discussions across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
• Knowledge of NestJS is optional but preferred.
