Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures using JMeter.
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and scalability issues.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to define performance benchmarks and SLAs.
• Monitor system performance using tools such as Grafana, InfluxDB, New Relic, or similar.
• Provide detailed performance test reports and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Automate performance testing as part of CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the development of best practices in performance testing.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years focused on performance testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter.
• Proficiency in analyzing logs, metrics, and system behavior underload.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Solid understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, and web application architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
