Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of project management experience, ideally within banking, finance, or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams on critical, deadline-driven projects.
• Skilled in managing senior stakeholders and coordinating third-party vendors.
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid project management environments.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage C-level leadership.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP®, PRINCE2®, or PMI-ACP®
• Scrum Master or other Agile certifications
