Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Establish and maintain robust delivery governance, risk management, and reporting structures.
• Act as an escalation point for clients and internal teams, driving issue resolution and fostering accountability.
• Ensure alignment between project delivery and broader business and commercial objectives.
• Manage resource allocation and utilization across projects to optimize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee project staffing plans, skill development initiatives, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HR and Practice Leads to support workforce planning and recruitment efforts.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a delivery partner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Sales, Solution Leads, and Consultants to align delivery with client expectations and solution roadmaps.
• Ensure transparent communication, reporting, and governance with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers and consultants to strengthen delivery capability across the organization.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of Centers of Excellence (e.g., RELEX) through delivery expertise and operational leadership.

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior program/project leadership role.
• Strong background in delivery governance, program management, and resource planning.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and geographies.
• Solid commercial acumen with experience balancing delivery outcomes against business targets.
• Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or ERP/Planning systems (e.g., RELEX, SAP, Centric) is preferred.
• Exposure to Automation and AI/ML projects as part of delivery or transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in Resource and Capacity Planning.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in creating, managing, and maintaining P&Ls at the project or program level.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance commercial goals and delivery priorities effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
