Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of QA engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and train junior QA team members in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.
• Perform manual testing for functional, regression, and exploratory test scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps.
• Conduct performance testing and analyze results to identify bottlenecks.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions.
• Ensure timely execution of test cases and reporting of defects.
• Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to test automation frameworks.
• Stay updated with the latest QA tools, trends, and technologies.

Required Skills \& Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 1 year in a lead or mentoring role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright.
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques and test case design.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments.
• Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
