Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather functional and business process requirements.
• Analyze and document business needs, translating them into SAP Business One solutions.
• Perform solution mapping and blueprinting with consideration for service layer architecture and integration requirements.
• Configure SAP Business One modules to align with business processes, including service layer customizations and extensions.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution presentations, proof-of-concept (POC) development, and technical feasibility assessments.
• Conduct functional testing and support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
• Train end-users and create comprehensive documentation for system usage.
• Assist with master data migration, validation, and cleansing.
• Design and implement service layer-based integrations and custom functionalities to extend SAP Business One capabilities.
• Provide post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption of SAP Business One.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP Business One implementation.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including finance, sales, inventory, and procurement.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One configuration and customization, including service layer development and integration.
• Experience in UAT management and end-user training.
• Knowledge of SAP Service Layer architecture and REST/OData APIs for system extensions and third-party integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to support presales activities including technical requirements analysis, solution scoping, and client presentations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, its functional differences from SAP Business One, and migration pathways would be a plus.
