We are looking for aProject Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead transformation and cross-functional projects by identifying needs, preparing business cases, and securing approvals.
Develop detailed project plans in consultation with stakeholders, outlining required human and material resources.
Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure effective execution.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and project governance frameworks.
Evaluate project effectiveness through stakeholder feedback and provide progress reports and updates to leadership.
Collaborate closely with the Line Manager/HOD for guidance and support and carry out additional duties aligned with organizational requirements.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Engineering, or Project Management) with a recognized project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM).
3–5 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within IT, transformation, or cross-functional business environments.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, governance, and performance evaluation tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build collaboration, and leverage team strengths to achieve project goals.
High commitment to quality, application security, data integrity, and maintaining best practices within the project team.
