Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and cross-functional projects by identifying needs, preparing business cases, and securing approvals.
• Develop detailed project plans in consultation with stakeholders, outlining required human and material resources.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure effective execution.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and project governance frameworks.
• Evaluate project effectiveness through stakeholder feedback and provide progress reports and updates to leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the Line Manager/HOD for guidance and support and carry out additional duties aligned with organizational requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Engineering, or Project Management) with a recognized project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within IT, transformation, or cross-functional business environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, governance, and performance evaluation tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build collaboration, and leverage team strengths to achieve project goals.
• High commitment to quality, application security, data integrity, and maintaining best practices within the project team.
