- 3–5 years of Business Analysis experience
- Expertise in Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Strong knowledge of BRDs, FRS, User Stories & Process Mapping
- Experience with Agile/Scrum & Sprint Management
- Strong stakeholder communication & project coordination skills
- Experience with UAT, SDLC & Business Process Improvement
- Knowledge of Jira, Workflow Documentation & Cross-functional Collaboration
- BA certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum) are an advantage
