Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirement gathering and gap analysis through configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
• Analyze client business processes and map them to ERP functionality, recommending best-practice solutions and identifying areas for improvement.
• Configure and customize SAP Business One (or comparable ERP) modules to meet client requirements across finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and production.
• Prepare functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and reports, and coordinate with technical/development teams.
• Conduct data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Deliver end-user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication in coordination with project managers.
• Provide functional and technical guidance, and mentor junior consultants on the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating complex matters where necessary.
• Stay current with ERP product updates, new modules, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ERP consulting or implementation experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong functional knowledge of core ERP modules (finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing).
• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP Business One (SAP B1).
• SAP Business One certification or equivalent ERP certification.
• Experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, and SAP B1 add-ons or integrations.
• Exposure to industry-specific implementations (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, retail).
• Familiarity with data migration tools and integration frameworks.
